Shipping Within Pakistan

Delivery Time:

  • Main Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–5 business days

Delivery Hours:

  • Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • No deliveries on Saturdays or public holidays.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed on Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Missed Delivery or Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate before placing your order.
  • If a delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, delays may occur and redelivery fees may apply.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we're working on expanding our reach outside Pakistan. Stay tuned or contact us if you'd like to request international delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • It is in resalable condition no damage, stains, wear, or alterations
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase order number or invoice

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 7-day period
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care items cosmetics, undergarments, hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

Refund Process

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error wrong, damaged, or defective item we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
