  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care items cosmetics, undergarments, hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same item in the case of:

  • Defect or damage during shipping
  • Wrong item shipped by us

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error wrong, damaged, or defective item we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
