Shipping Within Pakistan
Delivery Time:
- Main Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–5 business days
Delivery Hours:
- Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- No deliveries on Saturdays or public holidays.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday – Friday).
- Orders placed on Saturday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Missed Delivery or Wrong Address
- Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate before placing your order.
- If a delivery is missed, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
- If an incorrect address is provided, delays may occur and redelivery fees may apply.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. However, we're working on expanding our reach outside Pakistan. Stay tuned or contact us if you'd like to request international delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
Returns & Refumd Policy
At Glamstom.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Guaranteed Return Policy simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- It is in resalable condition no damage, stains, wear, or alterations
- You provide a valid proof of purchase order number or invoice
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after the 7-day period
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Personal care items cosmetics, undergarments, hygiene products
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards or digital downloads
How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for the same item in the case of:
- Defect or damage during shipping
- Wrong item shipped by us
Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error wrong, damaged, or defective item we will cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
